Job Purpose
GIB Solution Sales AH is expected to be a Digital Solutioning Product expert whose primary objective is to provide digital payment & collection solutions to existing and NTB customers and thereby offer improved efficiency, cost effectiveness, convenience & ease of operation to the customers which is expected to be resultant in enhanced CASA Value / float.
He / She Is Expected To Build Strong Partnership & Synergy With The GIB Channel For Effective Functioning And Delivery By Being The
First point of contact for any Digital Solution requirements from GIB Channel & RBB
Facilitate documentation, end to end Implementation and customer Onboarding
Own & manage the after sales servicing, Xsell / Upsell on segment specific products and services
Responsible for replicating the success stories across segments in other branches mapped to him
Participate in joint Scoping of Institutional segments, Government (State/Center) schemes, e-governance projects to priorities acquiring / re activating New & Existing Customer for branches mapped to him.
