Generate New inquiries.
Take Follow up & Make sales calls.
Receive inquires through internet/Tele-Calling.
Ensure Sales quote are sent to the customer.
Follow up of inquiries and price negotiation.
Responsible for sampling.
Collection of advances and outstanding from customers.
Pass inquiries related to Service and warranty to Service department.
Generate/Renewal of AMC of machines.
Timely deposit of cash/cheques/DD received from customers through Branch Head.
Ensure cash received on sale of Spare parts are to be sent to HO through Branch Head.
Finding out our competitors & analyzing their strengths & weakness.
Responsible for maintaining data of records of other competitors machines.
Analyzing new technologies in market.
Collecting data from magazines related to machines applications.
Forward daily Marketing Report to HOD Marketing at HO.
Preparation of Participating in Exhibitions.
Participating in Exhibition and give feedback to Marketing Head.
Advance Tour Plan for the entire territory, and obtain prospect Marketing data from HO
Reporting to Branch Product Head /Marketing Head
