Roles and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
File the regulatory returns as required under National Housing Bank (“NHB”) Directions.
******** opening and closing of branches with NHB.
Update and share the online reporting of information to NHB.
Compile and submit data as and when required by the NHB.
File Cash Transaction Report (“CTR”) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (“STR”) with Finance Intelligence Unit as required under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Monitor customer complaints on GRIDS and those against TCHFL on SCORES.
Prepare the quarterlycompliancecertificate and compile the mutual fund transactions made by the Company.
Compare and contrast the financial results of TCHFL with other Housing Finance Companies.
Provide cost centres and compile refinance documentation and filing with NHB
Map statutory laws in Legatrix, the online LegalCompliancechecklist designed for Tata group companies
Ensurecompliancerelated with other statutes like CERSAI, CIBIL, Cash Transaction Reporting, direct & indirect taxation, Companies Act & other relevantcompliance
Assist during NHB Inspection and submit the replies to NHB and follow up on actionables as required.
