• Managing and supporting a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
• Exploring new markets, allocating resources to profitable opportunities, and ensuring effective deployment of the sales team.
• Creating a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
• Negotiating with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.
• Identifying sales training needs, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Developing and implementing promotional plans, contests, and innovative marketing strategies.
• Recruiting, retaining, and motivating high-performing employees.
• Fostering exceptional employee relationships, motivation, and engagement to drive results and satisfaction.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Key Challenges: Providing excellent customer service in a dynamic market while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
