• Minimum 1 year experience working for international client (preferably US market) as a customer support executive providing voice support.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent
• US accent trained preferred
• Willing to work US EST shift hours
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM-3:30 AM
