Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and drive Procurement Operations – Order management
Ensure that robust workflows are developed and implemented to achieve a high level of
service and support for the business units
Develop benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement
Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure Support, implementation and compliance of
group procurement PR/PO stream related framework.
Develop terms and conditions for the purchase orders for various categories along with
other internal stakeholders
Map items and buying categories of Bank requirements with various buying channels
like catalog, requisition, rate contract etc.
