Role and Responsibilities
1) Project Manager is responsible to handle the construction activities on Multiple site and manage timely completion of the same.
2) Managing on site construction personnel and skill in attending concillation meeting with vendors and contractors.
3) He should be detail oriented ,have strong commitment and be a team leader.
4) Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with clients engineers and Architects meeting with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of material with manager ( inventory and logistics)
5 ) Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning ,budgeting ,resource allocation monitoring progress and worker coordination
6) Good Knowledge of Microsoft office ERP & Auto CAD
