We are hiring QA & Team leads for voice process in TOP MNC company.
Quality Analyst & Team Leader
Desired Profile:
Candidate must be a graduate & Fully vaccinated.
Should have experience in banking or BFSI related voice process.
Languages required :
Hindi & English
QA required skills:
(Salary upto 4.5 lacs)
Should have minimum 1 year experience as a quality analyst in his previous experience.
Should have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, Dashboards, Call calibration, call audits, Call monitoring and sharing feedback.
TL Required skills (Salary upto 5 lacs)
Should have minimum 1 year experience in Banking/BFSI operation leading
Familiar with TL Metrix, KPI/KRAs, AHT, Shrinkage/Attrition, C-Sat. Good in excel and dashboards
Work location :
Banglore & Hyderabad & Delhi NCR & Jaipur
Shift timings :
Rotational shift / 5 days of working. 2 days rotational off
