Regional Trainer will be responsible for handling entire training program for the Rajasthan and Haryana.
Base Location - Jaipur
He should have excellent presentation skill to present training programs.
He should be capable of creating training content, modules and planning the training calendar.
Trainer requires good inter personal and observation skill so that they can assess trainees, understanding and progress, and make necessary adjustment to the training program.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs to meet program objectives.
Conducting Induction & Refresher training for retail stores, Soft skill and Product knowledge training.
Planning OJT & class room training.
Designing and developing the training programs.
Planning and assessment of training programs.
Provide timely feedback.
Training Feedback
Analysis for continual improvement in training function.
• Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
