Job title : Customer Service Associate.
Location: Malad Dindoshi.
Experience: HSC + 18 months of experience / Graduate + + months of experience.
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts.
Working Days: 5 days working / 2 week off's.
Salary: Maximum salary up to 6 lacs and minimum would depend on the last drawn.
Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Transport facility: Home pick up and drop for night shifts only.
About process-
Handle customer interactions on a daily basis with 0 availability time. Ensure SLA's are met consistently at individual and team level. Meet and exceed all performance thresholds.
Requirement-
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong team player, Strong domain knowledge preferred, Strong feedback implementation skills
Ability to work in any shifts, majority being night and mid-night shifts.
