Role Overview
We are hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, and support high‑performance applications that elevate internal workflows and guest experiences. Sitting within the Global Product Technology team’s Design & Development space, you will collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and solution architects to deliver resilient, well‑tested solutions that power pre‑season planning, in‑season execution, and merchandising compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of design and development solutions alongside cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Apply best practices in data engineering and ML engineering while enforcing rigorous coding standards.
• Develop, test, deploy, and operate client‑side and server‑side applications for hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Ensure availability, observability, and durability of production systems; troubleshoot performance issues and optimize at scale.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with analysts and product owners.
• Champion DevOps practices: CI/CD, release configuration, and global integration projects.
• Mentor peers by promoting quality engineering principles, secure coding, and documentation standards.
• 3-6 Years of experience required
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven track record of building scalable, high‑performing software systems.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and modern programming paradigms.
• Experience in data engineering or ML engineering workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and influence engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and inclusive leadership style.

• Immediate to 30 days
