Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
• Responsible for Sales of Products of Retail Vertical in the assigned cluster
• Assisting TSH in appointment of Distributor in the unrepresented geography
• Improve the Area Wise Distribution/ Reach by appointing the retailer
• Strong networking with Builders, Architects, Consultants & Contractors for product approvals and project business, to get the approval of products in the tender specification of Pvt./ Govt. Organisation.
• Implementation of secondary Scheme to Retailer ,BTL activities for influencers like electrical contractors & electricians as per SOP

1. Channel Management, Basic finance knowledge to understand/explain the ROI to distributors
