We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Coach for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Team Lead , SME or Team coach in International BPO industry.
Will be responsible for managing and leading a team of BPO professionals to achieve operational targets.
Location - Gurugram
Responsibilities :
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BPO professionals to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor team performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, performance feedback, and process updates.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions, such as coaching, training, or process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the BPO sector. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
Requirements :
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in international BPO industry.
• Must have a experience as a Team Coach , SME or Team Lead.
• 5 Days working with rotational weekoffs
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of BPO operations, processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts and as per business requirements.
