Job Responsibilities
Preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentation, proposal notes, Co-ordinate with banks etc. All work related to fund raising
Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Credit notes, Co-ordination with bank etc. Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 25 crs for mid to large corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc or
Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered or
candidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores
Credit Analyst (Fresher)
Preparation of Financial Projections, Pitch Book, Presentations proposal notes & Co-ordinate with banks etc. All work related to fund raising
CA with consulting / Corporate finance experience (not Tax/Audit) /MBA/CFA
MBA from Reputed institute
Excellent command over excel and power point
