Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and room bookings.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities and services.
• Assist other departments with tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
