Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggests plans to bridge the gaps. ? Effective people management, Responsible for Attrition of associates and should be able to curtail down the attrition percentage. ? Project Governance-Well organized with the reports up to date, to ensure no NC (Non-Compliance) is charged during the Process Audit. ? Effectively manage the US state government process audit. ?
