Following established processes, standards and procedures designed to minimize service level agreement violations. ? Ability to analyze any possibility of SLA failure in advance, heads up should be given to stakeholders as preventive action plan and the Root cause for SLA failure. ? Analyzing and Managing the Daily Inventory. ? Responsible for Teams quality and should be able to provide the insights for rebuttal of error, if any. ? Providing periodic status checks with clients and internal teams on all project activities in order to assess progress against project plan; provides regular and concise status reports to direct manager. ? Analyzing the client requirements and responsible to deliver within timeframe. ? Preparing the SOP's, explaining to the client and getting it approved timely. ? Prompt responses to the client email on daily basis (1 hr. for high priority emails and 18hrs. for very less priority emails). ? Effective client communication in daily client meeting (Understanding the concerns/noise which client is raising and should be able to resolve it) ? Taking ownership of generating automation ideas to idea implementations. ? Evaluating the team members and successfully maintenance of EWS tracker. If any associate is missed in EWS tracker and resigns, then you should be able to provide the justification why you were not able to forecast it. ? Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggests plans to bridge the gaps. ? Effective people management, Responsible for Attrition of associates and should be able to curtail down the attrition percentage. ? Project Governance-Well organized with the reports up to date, to ensure no NC (Non-Compliance) is charged during the Process Audit. ? Effectively manage the US state government process audit. ? Training the new folks on Product and Process. ? Follow uniformity of command. ? Conducting or organize refresher training of the team based on quality issues.
