What You'll Be Doing:-

Record and review the day-to-day accounting work for the assigned clients.

Finalization of Accounts and bookkeeping of the U.S. Accounting.

Preparing Financial statements like Balance sheet & P&L, Debtors & Creditors summary, Purchase & Sales summary and Bank Reconciliation.

Financial Reporting and Analytics.

Handling day to day queries of clients and operations, communicating with clients using email and/phone.

Work with a result-oriented approach.

Training of new team members as and when required.

Month End closing reports as per set deadlines.

What we're looking for:-

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance / MBA / M.Com / CA / CMA / CPA

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, with management experience

Strong US GAAP knowledge

2+ years of Experience in US Accounting

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Excel skills

Anticipating and pro-active attitude:-

Pro-actively handling client queries in an timely and professional manner

Avoid client escalations and unexpected news (on work/deadlines/fees)

Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function with minimal guidance

Culturally sensitive (NL colleagues, ACE colleagues and the clients)

Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Interacting with clients on various accounting reports and resolve queries
