Job Description: We seek a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently in an international BPO setup.

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat.

Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company guidelines and compliance.

Work in rotational shifts.

Requirements:

6 months BPO experience.

Graduate/Undergraduate.

Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to 34K CTC.
