Credit , Team Management and Turnaround
Managing the team of Credit members.
Ensuring that all deviations are raised & resolved, system updating prior to
every credit decisions adhered and all process are should be follow.
Ensuring complete credit process flow before a credit decision.
Ensuring TAT using Soft & Final Decision for communication of status
(approved / Reject) to the respective person.
Policy and Process Compliance
Ensuring complete understanding of product program, deviation module &
matrix, underwriting criteria & update every one about policy changes & additions
through regular trainings & monitoring meetings
Portfolio Analysis Nonstarters, skips approval rate / rejection rate
Ensuring data for rejection & approvals is maintained & to provide feedback
to sales regarding improvement & restricted customers from adding up to our portfolio
who have submitted fake documents by scrutiny & training the Sales teams.
Vendor Management Monitoring the TAT & quality of services by taking feedback from sales &
implementing measures for TAT & quality reporting through meetings with vendors
on regular basis.
Ensuring that every Vendor (Legal lawyers and Technical Vendors) must
understand complete policy and process flow by taking training sessions regarding
policy refreshers and changes in existing policy
Training & Regular Feedback
Ensuring that every new joinee must understand complete credit process flow
by taking training sessions regarding system awareness & policy updations &
monitoring the quality & productivity by checking credit decisions (approvals &
rejections) by random sampling on daily basis. Ensuring that every confirmed
employee must undergo credit training
Always arrange sales, collections & Operation meeting every fortnightly to
discuss the problems & suggestions for improving the portfolio & facilitating the
business.
Interacting with dealers & sales to find out best way to increase the market
presence
