Min 10-15 years of banking experience, Young and Dynamic, who understands the working of Pvt Sector Banks
Out of which candidate should have been a Branch Manager, Regional Head and managed a team of Relationship Managers, and done Induction programs for banks .
Exposure to Third Party Products Like MF, LI, PMS
A good knowledge of banking products like Forex, assets, credit cards
Able to articulate well
Know banking regulations and processes
Age Up to 55 Years
Must have handled a team
Training experience of 5-7 years
Ability to conduct one-to-one review/ coaching, and assessments
Ability to deliver program to experienced bankers
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools including the virtual training methods
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
Proficient in MS Office
Organizational and time management abilities.
