Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fresher Graduates in our International BPO. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate from any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
