conduct comprehensive eye exams, including visual acuity tests, retinoscopy, and refraction- diagnose and manage various eye conditions, such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia, and eye diseases (., cataracts, glaucoma)- prescribe medications, glasses, contact lenses, or other vision correction treatments as needed- provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery- stay current with the latest advancements in optometry and best practices in patient care- maintain accurate and detailed patient records- collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- participate in practice growth and development
