Travel Consultant - International (Willing to Travel as Tour Manager)
Role Overview
Are you a travel enthusiast?
We are looking for a dynamic Travel Consultant - International who is ready to step out of the office and into the world.
You will be responsible for end-to-end tour management, from crafting the perfect itinerary as Travel Consultant to accompanying Group as a Tour Manager to exotic destinations within India as well as worldwide.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Well versed in various areas of travel (international,domestic group/individual etc.)
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Knowledge of VISA documentation
Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation.
Negotiations with Flight, Hotel, Transport bookings.
Help Plan Trips, Create Itinerary To Domestic Or International Destinations, Tours, Accommodation, Transport.
Knowledge Of Domestic & International Package & Itinerary Is Must.
End-to-End Operations: Manage logistics including flight bookings, hotel stay coordination, visa processing, and local transport arrangements.
Guest Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact for travelers and their families, providing 24/7 support and building a community of trust.
On-Ground Problem Solving: Handle real-time challenges during tours from flight delays to medical requirements with a calm and professional demeanor.
