We are hiring for leading E-commerce client. This is purely domestic profile. This process is for Indian clients. This E-commerce portal buys old phones, add value to products & sell second hand electronic products etc.

Designation: Customer Care Executive
Process Type: Voice process
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts
CTC: Up to 2.00 LPA
Experience Fresher to 01 Years
Age: Maximum 30 Year (At the time of Apply)
Working Days: 06 Working Days (1 Roster off)
Job Location: Mohali (Work from office)
Interview Type: Only face to face at office.
+ hours window, 8 hours login.
Hindi speaking candidates please dont call.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduates & Graduates both can apply.
Freshers & Experience both can apply.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Should have excellent analytical ability.
Only immediate joiners required.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and week off
Candidates appeared within 6 months are not eligible to reappear.
Typing speed 25 WPM &+5% accuracy.
Roles & Responsibility
Handling customers queries through calls.
Responsible for calls.
Assists customer with their issues through calls.
Understands the query and resolve them within the defined TAT.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied.
Behavioral Competencies
Problem Solving Ability to find an effective solution in a simple and clear manner. Should proactively keep the customers and stakeholders informed about the issue and take corrective actions accordingly
Customer Focus Build credibility with the customer by using empathy and should patiently resolve even irate customers issues. Should be courteous , energetic and engaging while dealing with customers
Communication Listen attentively and resolve customers issue effectively. Should be sensitive about customers information
Learning Orientation To keep himself/herself updated about the latest happenings around and asks questions which impacts customers delight
Result Orientation Should know how to prioritize work and use the available resources effectively, Should be able to take ownership for own results and reach out for support proactively
