Responsibilities and Duties
Provide superior customer service and technical assistance to our customers on the usage of software, by email, social media or phone
Provide training to customers about the product during onboarding both remote & in person until they become an active user
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for the department and company level

Required Experience and Qualifications
Fresh Graduates of 2018, 2026, any bachelor degree with computer science background are preferable.
Academic grades consistently at least 50% and above across school and college.
Good in communication is a must.
Multilingual - Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, English is highly preferable
