Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends. Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. Requirements Desired Skills The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc. Requirements – Technical Graduate (Fresher) Applicant should possess excellent communication skills.
