Please find below the job role, and if you find it suitable for you then apply for the job below- Role – US IT Recruiter Nature – Work from Office Shift – US Shift Roles and Responsibilities as US IT/Non IT Recruiter – Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements from US based clients. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends. Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. Requirements Desired Skills The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc. Requirements – Technical Graduate (Fresher) Applicant should possess excellent communication skills. Applicant should have good understanding of technology Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift) Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies & recruitment methodologies Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in requirements Out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and execute searches for niche technical skills Professional, Adaptable and Resilient Benefits Excellent Salary with Incentive Sunday and Alternate Saturdays are
