Job Overview:
Maple Craft Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Front-End Website Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals, managing website content, and ensuring a seamless online experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, product images, and promotional content
Create visually appealing graphics for website and social media
Manage and update website front-end (layouts, banners, product displays, UI elements)
Ensure website is responsive, fast, and user-friendly
Website Management:
Monitor and maintain all company websites to ensure products, pricing, categories, and banners are accurate and functioning properly
Identify, report, and resolve any issues promptly
Product Uploads:
Add new products with high-quality images, SKUs, pricing, and stock levels
Test listings to ensure they are live, accurate, and ready for purchase
Promotions & Campaigns:
Set up holiday and event-based promotions in advance
Update banners, apply discounts, and coordinate with the Sales Team
Maintain a central marketing calendar for upcoming campaigns
Content Updates:
Regularly update website banners, promotional flyers, and blog content
Ensure all content aligns with ongoing marketing strategies
Amazon Listings & Orders:
Manage and update product listings on Amazon
Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse for smooth fulfillment
Process Improvements:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in website performance and listings
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and user experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design and front-end website management
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or wholesale industry
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
