Hiring HR Executive for a Multi-Specialty Hospital
Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Executive for a multi-specialty hospital in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The successful candidate should be equipped to handle HR tasks within a healthcare environment, focusing on hiring and engaging with potential talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• * Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and recruit medical and non-medical staff; manage onboarding and orientation.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Payroll & Compliance: Handle salary processing, attendance management, and ensure adherence to labor laws and hospital policies.
• Training & Development: Organize training programs for staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage leaves, and handle performance evaluations.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare and labor laws, including ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
