Job Description
Salary: 2 to 5 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 3 to12 Years in Sales (Min. 2 Years in Life Insurance / Financial Sales preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train develop agents on commission basis .
• Supervise monitor agent activity plans to ensure sales achievement.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) update Sales Management System.
• Motivate engage agents through Career Progression Programs .
• Drive adoption of CRM Agent Portal for customer management cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream (minimum).
At least 2 years experience in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
Strong local market knowledge well-networked.
Excellent communication, confidence maturity.
Entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of results.
Stable employment history.
