Hello Candidates,
We are looking for a customer support executive for international client. Its a work from home opportunity, but the candidate must be in Gurugram. If selected laptops would be provided by the company itself.
Location WFH (Gurugram)
Shift timing + hours including 1 hour break ( Rotational)
Working days 5.5 days
Education - Graduation (Minimum)
CTC - 23k freshers (17+2), 25k(18+2.5) experienced "For Chat Support"
30k fresher (2282++3000), 32k (24335+3200) experienced "For Voice Support"
Requirement:-
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Candidate must be okay working in rotational shifts (including Night Shift)
Can you read must have problem-solving skills.
Roles and responsibilities :-
He will act as a spokesperson of client.
He will help the customers to solve their issues over chat or emails.
