HIRING JAVA FULL STACK JAVA TRAINER | CORPORATE JAVA

Roles and Responsibilities • Skilled Java Full Stack Trainer / Java Backend to help our employees learn & advance their skills and knowledge in developing Java-based applications • Overall Experience 8 Years to 10 Years Good to have 3 Years of Software Project experience as a Java developer • Plan and train technical staff on Java full stack tech stack • Conduct Bootcamp training with tailored learning content on Java full-stack • Conduct batch-wise training on specific/all learning areas of Java full-stack • Understand client/project requirements and align the training delivery • Conduct Java full-stack technical assessment on candidates and identify learning gaps • Help candidates bridge the learning gap and align to client/project expectations • Conduct mock interviews of candidates and ascertain their readiness for client/project deployments • Develop, Maintain and Mature the tech assessment framework and its resources • Work with business teams to identify training needs and to plan and execute • Minimum 8-10 years of core corporate training experience on Java full-stack preferably with application development skills/experience • Sound knowledge of Java, Spring (Core, MVC, Rest & Boot), Micro-Services, Hibernate/JPA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, SQL, Design Patterns • Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design concepts • Knowledge in automated unit testing using Junit/EasyMock/PowerMock/Mockito • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git, SVN • Should have experience in mentoring and providing classroom and on-the-job technical training to technical staff Self-starter and extremely keen learner Desired Candidate Profile • Experience in building enterprise-scale applications considering performance, scalability, security, and maintainability principles • Knowledge in interacting with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka • Knowledge of Cloud computing • Knowledge of Docker and Containerization • Strong Analytical Skills • Good Interpersonal Skills • Polished Verbal and Written Communication skills in English • Quick Learner • Effective Team Player Akash Tyagi Connect: ++1- Contact: [email protected]
