The Opportunity
VergeSense is looking for experienced and highly self-motivated Account Executives to help continue the rapid growth of our business. This person has a successful track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions into the Enterprise market (F1000s) in a very fast-paced environment.
About You
You are a relentless strategic hunter prospecting in your respective territories and accounts to identify and qualify sales opportunities to engage in, manage, and close. Beyond the initial close, you will proactively manage your installed customer base to drive upsell opportunities.
You will develop subject matter expertise in the Workplace Technology domain. You will be expected to engage C-Level executives responsible for managing RE portfolios at F500 companies to educate them on the strategic value of workplace analytics.
What We're Looking For
•Experience selling in the prop-tech domain is preferred but not a requirement
•5+ years of successful sales track record of prospecting into new territories, positioning & selling enterprise SaaS solutions to F500s
•Experienced in developing new business in an enterprise environment with a strategic focus
•Experience working in sales at a tech startup
•Demonstrable track record of managing complex sales cycles, meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving large transactions
•Experience in managing and driving complex opportunities, leveraging partner networks, negotiating commercial terms, working collaboratively with other functional teams, and deploying/allocating the appropriate resources to an opportunity
•Proven track record of building relationships at all levels of an organization
•Skill in navigating organizations to find and engage the right contact
•Proven experience of leveraging Salesforce to document and track sales activity
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
•Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Exceptional time-management skills
•Team player

We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Assistant who is capable of managing the account and client relationship. You will be responsible for running your service seamlessly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and demonstrate a level of expertise that qualifies you to be a trusted advisor to our clients.

Operational Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality administrative support to clients, and occasionally collaborate with fellow VaVa team members as an opportunity for growth and to increase level of service
• Effectively manage tasks, projects, and deadlines to always meet client expectations
• Maintain open communication with the client, external stakeholders, and the VaVa team
• Provide the utmost care with keeping sensitive and confidential information private and secure at all times
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and develop a robust lead database
• Initiate contact with prospective clients by phone, email, direct messages, and mail
• Schedule and coordinate sales calls with the leads for the sales team
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s ideal client and industries
• Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the client’s business goals
• Analyze lead generation metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and efforts
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and tools related to lead generation strategies
• Provide regular reports and insights to the client regarding lead generation performance
• Utilize information and resources to draft sales emails and create email templates
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
• At least 2 years of lead generation experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in a virtual role
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience generating leads across various channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with cold calling
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite programs is a plus
• Experience using CRM softwares is a plus
• Experience using scheduling softwares is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, project, and time management skills
