About the Role

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our growing team! As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, developing and executing test plans, automating tests, and driving overall quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, MSCIT, BSC IT)

• 4+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)

• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)

• Experience with API Testing (JMeter)

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python) a plus

• Knowledge of database/SQL for validating backend data

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the release lifecycle, including maintaining release notes and conducting demos

• Lead internal reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability and successful implementation of new features

• Develop and execute test plans encompassing load testing, regression testing, and integration testing

• Generate regular product stability reports
