The Application Specialist Team Lead will take on the following responsibilities:
• Work onsite from the office in India and Manage team remote employees (application specialists)
• Responsibilities include thorough knowledge of job boards and ensuring profiles of our consultants continue to trend on the first page LinkedIn and Monster -> both primary, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Dice, and other prominent sites
• Administrative responsibilities to validate team productivity, Generate technology specific leads daily
• Finding new relationships with primary vendors/ implementors, for all contract positions in the US
• Strong knowledge of profile visibility across above job boards and what to do/ not to do to ensure that they are at the top of the search (Boolean)
Desired Qualifications Include:
• Must have a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) at least
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
• Experience with job board administration and IT Industry head-hunting.
• Must be strong working in team-oriented environment
• Administrative responsibilities to validate team productivity, Generate technology specific leads daily
• Must have strong written and be proficient in the English language
• Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team to exceed and succeed
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software related to job boards social media platforms etc
What you will be doing:
• Manage-Lead- Develop the application specislist´s team to exceed KPIs Metrics in daily-weekly-monthly basis on goals assigned (job postings, creating, editing, and removing openings)
• Collect and analyze data from each job post to identify effectiveness and cost per applicant. - Selects the right openings for each job slot available in a clever, data-driven decision process.
• Build relationships with Job Boards in the gloabal market (EMEA/LATAM and NA).
• Create - Find new job boards to operate.
• Actively collaborate with different Stakeholders to align priorities.
