Responsibilities
• Responsible for aligning HR objectives with respective business units to deliver value-added service.
• Provide strategic advice on the different functions of HR and ensure that all policies implemented are aligned with business objectives.
• Be the main point of contact for any employees queries and support resolving complex issues.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide guidance and input on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
• Facilitate employee on-board and off-board procedures.
• Generate HR function data analysis and report.
• Follow HR Operations workflow to cover whole people's life cycle to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Drive HR Digitization across different countries by leveraging all kinds of resources.
• Manage the quality control process to ensure that the HR Ops services meet employee expectations and comply with local law and legislation.
• Ensure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and tooling.
