Our client, a leading fintech company is looking to engage with a Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing system to store, retrieve and manage stock market data online/in cloud
- To store stock market data online in the server so that the data can be retrieved by the programs which run on the web/mobile/desktop.
The following are the core objectives :
1) Design &; framework of database and server where data will be stored
2) Outline of the database system
3) APIs to store data and get data
4) API &; application to manage data. Scenarios such as: data addition, modification, deletion, bonus adjustment etc.

Role : BI Lead (SSIS Developer)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced SSIS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to support ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation. You will work closely with the data management team to ensure data flows smoothly between systems and meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Integrate data from various sources such as databases, flat files, XML, and other external data sources.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide effective ETL solutions.
- Optimize SSIS packages for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large volumes of data.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with SSIS packages and ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support ETL processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for SSIS packages, workflows, and procedures.
- Participate in data warehouse design and architecture discussions.
- Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support data integration and reporting initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SSIS Developer with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, views).
- Strong experience with SSIS for ETL development, data migration, and data integration.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data warehousing, and data modelling concepts.
- Experience with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) for designing, testing, and deploying SSIS packages.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SSIS packages for performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
