Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON:

Saturday, Sunday, and evening schedules.

Duties

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
Make outbound sales calls to existing clients.
Accurately perform data entry tasks, including maintaining and updating client files.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving issues.
Assist massage therapists with their daily tasks.
Offer support to owners with their requirements.
Qualifications

Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Skilled in data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in front desk operations or as a receptionist in a massage clinic is preferred but not required.
Experience in processing insurance claims is considered an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
