Summary
Are you excited about guiding the early developmental journey of our youngest learners? Do you have a knack for creating fun, educational experiences for three-year-olds? We want you to join our dedicated team as a Preschool Teacher! As a Pre-School Teacher (K3), you will create and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children. Your duties include fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, monitoring and documenting student progress, and maintaining classroom organization. You will work closely with parents and other staff to support each child's educational journey. A CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education and at least one year of preschool teaching experience is required.

Duties
Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate and engage 3-year-olds.
Create a safe, inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and independence.
Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians.
Implement strategies to manage behavior positively and effectively, promoting a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing training and development.
Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschoolers.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Monitor and document student progress.
Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
Engage students in creative activities.
Requirements
CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
Experience in curriculum planning.
Bilingual abilities.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in preschool education.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, especially 3-year-olds, in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills and building meaningful relationships with young children and their families.
A nurturing and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
