Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled RFP Writer to create tailored, persuasive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will excel in writing, research, and project management, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and clearly articulating our value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze RFPs to understand requirements and client needs.
• Draft, edit, and finalize professional, customized proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and insights.
• Research client industries and competitors to strengthen proposals.
• Ensure proposals meet formatting, compliance, and submission deadlines.
• Maintain proposal templates and content libraries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in RFP writing and proposal management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal tools; APMP certification is a plus.
