Rust Developer - Remote (UK Shift)
We're hiring experienced Rust developers to join our client's global team.
Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient applications using Rust. Contribute to architectural decisions for large-scale systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable systems in Rust
• Contribute to architectural decisions for large-scale systems
• Support backend services in Golang (ideally) or other languages
• Debug and resolve real-time production issues
• Collaborate across teams including Product, DevOps, and Engineering
• Review code and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
• Mid-Level: 5+ years total experience (at least 2+ years in Rust)
• Senior-Level: 8+ years total experience (at least 3+ years in Rust)
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in Rust programming
• Preferred: Exposure to Golang and C/C++ for systems-level programming
• Added Advantage: Experience with large-scale distributed systems, performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency
