• Recruiting Advisors from own social contact on a commission basis.
• Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
• Drive sales lead generation from advisors
• Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
• Position of Team Leader
• Identify and pursue new business opportunitie
• building relationships of trust with the team and the clients
Candidate Requirement
• Age: 22 to 37 Years.
• Graduation in Any Stream.
• Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
• Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
• One who ready for challenges.
• Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
