Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, specifically for the India team located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate solutions in Dubai, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Market, especially in Dubai
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Marketing and Client Engagement
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience managing and mentoring a sales team is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
