Position : Sr. Content Writer/Manager
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Salary : 30k to 45k (in hand) ( Negotiable as per interview and last salary)
Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days
Office Location : Noida Sec 2, B Block. (WORK FROM OFFICE)
Working days: 5.5 (1st and 2nd Saturday off)
Work Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm.
• Edtech industry experience would be an added advantage.

Brief Job Description:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
· Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for company blog posts, website pages, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
· Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to generate innovative content ideas.
· Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic.
· Stay informed about emerging content trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance content strategy.
· Lead and mentor junior content team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Content Writer/Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work demonstrating writing proficiency and strategic thinking.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content marketing strategies.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and storytelling approaches.
· Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
