Hiring Senior Recruiters-for a leading consulting firm for Vidyavihar location.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of our clients like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys and Non IT Clients
• Understand manpower and recruitment requirements from concerned person,convert them into JD and post on career portal
• Must be good with sourcing candidates from different channels to create relevant candidate database.
• Following up with candidates or interview scheduling and on-boarding
• Source and contact passive candidates online ( e.g via LinkedIn)
• Update clients on hiring status
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should have experience in handling Junior, Mid and Senior level, IT/NON IT mandates .
• Must be proficient in using job portals like naukri,shine and all other job portals.
• Candidates with excellent English communication skills - Mandatory
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Minimum 2 year and above experience into recruitment.
• Team handling experience preferred
