Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Stock Executive to join our Jewellery Manufacturer team.
The Stock Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the inventory of all jewellery products, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient delivery of stock according to customer requirements.
Stock Executive Roles and Responsibilities
• Report to Head of Stocks
• Stock Management on Software,
• Sales returns procedures with adequate data management on software and Google Sheets with inward entry
• Repair issues coordinate with the production team and ensure job accomplishment with a specific deadline, maintain records on software and near sheet.
• Stock inward and outward entry.
• Generate Stocks, Repair, Returns and approval inventory management.
• Data backup on the server should be maintained.
Stock Executive Requirements:
• Graduate with any stream, with good language command with extensive knowledge about MS office
• 1-3 years successful experience
• Excellency in computer, MS Office.
Stock Executive Interview Process:
• HR Round
• Technical Round
