Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• FST with 5+ years of experience in providing installation, training, preventive maintenance and breakdown support and other post sales technical support to customers for Lab Balances, PH meter, conductivity meter, TOC Analyzer and analyzers.
• Having Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication with internal and external customers and well versed with MS Office.
• Responsible for sales of service contracts, Upgrade, Calibration, Qualification and spares and to achieve individual revenue target.
• Working knowledge of SAP/Excel basics will be added advantage.
• Service Order, Documentation and Service order and Payment follow up and collection from customers.
• Conversant to PC, basic software communication. RDBMS, SQL knowledge and integrations will be added advantage for this job.
What You Need to Succeed
BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics/ Mechanical or Bsc. In Electronics.
