This is a remote position.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training in the particular domain.
• Training students on different topics of Soft Skills.
• Cultural orientation - UK/US/Aust/Asian/AsiaPAcific
• Written communication - types and usage
• Verbal communication - types and usage
• Importance of Neutral English
• Email writing skills - basic - Structure of email, dos and don't s, empathy, relevance, completeness, signatures
• Being Customer Centric in communication - empathy, customer service attitude, pleasant, polite
• Effective communication, Public Speaking
• Customer Service - importance - Empathy, Apology & Acknowledgement, Customer Education & Setting Expectations
• Coordinate & ensure 100% attendance for training.
• Ensure training effectiveness through qualitative + quantitative feedbacks

Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate
• English communication background preferred
Experience Required -
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Soft Skill Trainer preferably in BPO/KPO
