Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Location - Pan India
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities :
• An individual should have a proven experience of at least 3 years as a Splunk Developer
• Should hold great ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
• Should be quality oriented, committed to deliver, pragmatic and solution oriented
Requirements Technical Experience
• Strong knowledge experience of working with YAML/Ansible for automation
• Strong knowledge experience with Azure DevOps/CICD pipelines
• Strong knowledge experience with SPL, developing Splunk Search Queries dashboards
• Basic knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Administration
• Comfortable working with UNIX Platform
• Basic Networking Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with team at different level
• To support 24/7 environment with rotational shifts
Educational Qualification: Btech or equivalent
